Red Rock Vlog – 01 – Steinbach Efree Jr. High Youth

April 8, 2010 by Kim

Hey all, so this is the first of hopefully many vlog posts in the future. Many people have been around camp during the summertime but have no idea what goes on during the rest of the year.  Likewise many people come to Red Rock during the year but are unsure of what goes on during the summer.  The goal of these vlog posts is to keep everyone up to date on the happenings at Red Rock Bible Camp through video. Please let me know what you think of this vlog idea in the comments section below.   Since this is the first installment there are some kinks that will need to be worked out, such as length, content, etc… if you have ideas please, like I said, let me know.  I can improve these vlogs only if I know what you think about it.

I’m liking the idea of video blogs! Besides the fact that it was really choppy and there was a bit of random footage, it was really great to see the group having a good time. I youth sponsor this group and I wasn’t able to come along so it’s great to see some of the stuff they did. Also, the ending credits are just perfect.

I think it was pretty sweet. I would definitely watch them. The remix at the end was great!

Ya I was pretty stoked with the turnout of that song.

Hey Alison, by choppy do you mean pixelated or the movie jumps periodically? Also what kind of computer are you using? For some reason it looks bad on the Mac at camp, but it looks great from my personal Linux computer, and from my parents Windows computer in Winnipeg.

Awesome! My only suggestion is that the tetherball match needed more colour commentary.
    Your interviews are great Jeremy!

Ya, I was actually planning to do that. The whole thing was starting to take a bit too much time, so I needed to cut that corner. In the future though I definitely want to do that.

  5. Alison says:

Chopping as in jumps. Not periodically, just about every 30 seconds it would stop, then start again.
    Um, an HP.
