Kim Coursey – Executive Director
Over the past thirty-seven years, Kim has served in several positions at camp and has been the Executive Director for twenty years. He has a BA in Biblical Studies from Providence College and served on the board of Christian Camping International Canada for eleven years. He also served as the Chairman of CCI Manitoba for several years.Kim and Rowena have three children and six grandchildren.
Brenda Penner – Office Manager
Brenda Penner has been the Office Manager at the office in Steinbach since December 2012. She enjoys her work of registering school and church groups and children for retreats & camps and balancing the books. She is a wife to Leroy Penner, mother to four grown children and grandmother to seven precious grandchildren. She attended camp at Red Rock as a child and now her grandchildren are attending the same camp.
Jacqueline Friesen – Office Manager
Jacqueline Friesen has been the Office Manager at the office in Steinbach since December 2012. She really enjoys all the bookkeeping, data entry, payroll, and the accounting duties this position provides. She is the wife of Steve Friesen. Her camp connection started when she was a child when her oldest sister and brother-in-law lived at camp working as Camp Nurse and Maintenance Manager. She attended camp all the years that she could, usually memorizing verses in order to attend at a discount.
Allan Mailloux – Camp Manager
Allan served on spring and summer staff at Red Rock for several years before joining our full time staff team. Allan and Melissa, have four children, Shaya, Nolan, Lyle & Remy. Allan joined our full time staff in January 2011. He has a BA in Youth Leadership from Providence University College, and was a youth pastor for four years prior to joining our full time staff team.
Josh Dueck – Maintenance Manager
Josh Dueck joined our staff team in September 2011. He and his wife Helyn have three sons, Tairus, Trenton and William. Josh served as a youth sponsor at church prior to coming on staff with us. He recently transitioned from the position of Food Services Manager to Maintenance Manager.
James Harrison – Assistant Maintenance Manager
James Harrison joined our full time staff team in May 2017. James has several years of history with Red Rock. He has served as summer staff as a lifeguard, waterfront director and as a camp counselor. He used to be a member of the Armed Forces Reservists. He enjoys airsofting and archery.
Jack Harrison – Food Services Manager
Jack Harrison joined our full time staff team January 1, 2015. Jack has several years of history with Red Rock. He has served as summer staff as a lifeguard, waterfront director and as a camp counselor. He also served as term staff for about a year, mostly in our Food Services department. Jack is also a graduate of our Pursuit Program.
