CIT (Counselor in Training) at Red Rock Bible Camp

July 15-27, 2024

CIT is a co-ed Camp for Christian youth with leadership potential who have graduated Grade 10 or 11. If you are interested in two weeks of intense Christian leadership training, fun activities and events, and building lifelong friendships, we encourage you to check out the CIT application.

There is a distinct shift from being a camper to being a servant. CIT’s will be leading devotions with their peers and co-leading programs alongside RRBC Full Time Staff and Summer Staff. CIT’s will have sessions that are in-depth and challenging.  As a CIT, you will grow deeper in your understanding of scripture and the knowledge of our Saviour Jesus Christ. We also seek to teach you how to apply scripture to your everyday life, stepping into the presence of God on a daily basis.

This opportunity will prepare you to serve others well, using your time to build others up in both ministry and everyday life settings, all while enjoying the beauty of the Whiteshell Provincial Park and the company of the Red Rock community. If this is something that excites you, please prayerfully consider filling out the CIT 2024 application!

Please notice the change in weeks!  We have moved this leadership program earlier in the summer so that some of our CITs may return later this summer to be on staff!*  CIT 2024 will start on July 15th and end on July 27th. Applications for CIT camp are due on March 31, 2024.  The Counselor In Training Camp fee is $925.00. They will not be considered on a first come basis, but rather according to the quality of the application and references. With that in mind, please make sure that your application is completely filled out and submitted by the due date. Applications will be processed as they arrive, and final acceptances will be made by April 28, 2023.

Registration will open on Jan. 6, 2024!

*After the weeks of CIT are complete, CITs interested and available may be hired as junior staff 2024 to work in the kitchen, maintenance and custodial areas.  Only those who excelled in the CIT program and deemed ready and mature enough to serve will be considered.
