#112. I love seeing the kitchen staff getting excited about their work!
The kitchen staff have to work super hard. They get up earlier than anyone else, put in very long hours, and have to do a lot of jobs that are not always the most fun to do. But we have absolutely amazing people in the kitchen this spring, and Matt and Lacey do a great job leading them.
I loved seeing how excited Victoria and Sadie were last week about folding everybody’s wraps for them. They kept seeing everyone making their tacos in very unprofessional ways, and since they have now been trained by the best, they were very eager to help everyone out with their wraps.
