This last Saturday was our annual cyclathon, and our 100 riders raised an estimate of $84,000! They rode starting from Winnipeg, Landmark, Steinbach, and our half cyclathon location which was the lunch stop. Congrats to all the bikers, and thank you all for helping send kids to camp. For those of you who don’t know what the cyclathon is for, we host this event to help send kids to camp by offsetting the cost of summer camp.
It was a bit chilly this year with really strong winds (from what I hear- I was working back in the kitchen at camp the whole day), but the next day was perfect weather for our Open House. Sunny, no bugs, not much wind- that’s what I call BBQ weather!
