Retreat Rentals
Weekend Retreat Rentals are available to Christian churches and organizations that are in agreement with Red Rock Bible Camp’s Statement of Faith.
Whether your group needs to come together for a time of getting to know each other better, to conduct church business, to draw closer to God, to experience revival, or to renew relationships with one another, there is nothing like a weekend at camp to accomplish your goals.
A retreat allows your group to get away from the daily distractions of life so that they can be free to play together, study God’s Word, enjoy the beauty of God’s creation and get a fresh perspective on life.

Spring/Fall Activities
- Land sports: Beach volleyball, basketball court, 2 tether balls, swings, play structure with slides, and a playing field (used for football, baseball, soccer and other wide games).
- Waterfront: Sandy beach with shallow swim dock and deep swim dock (qualified supervision required), 10 canoes, 4 peddle boats, 6 stand up paddle boards, 5 sit on top kayaks, life jackets and paddles. The camp will not provide power boats, water skiing equipment, kayaks, fishing equipment or sailboards.
- Indoor Games: Table tennis, foosball, pool, crokinole and various other table games are available.
*Additional Spring / Fall Activities: Mountain Biking, Archery and the Climbing Wall may be available based on staff availability. Both these activities require the involvement of Red Rock certified staff. There is an additional fee of $50.00 per hour for these activities.
Winter Activities
- An ice rink for skating, hockey or broomball (broomball equipment supplied), tube slide complete with tubes, heated ice-fishing shack (holes are provided), 14 pairs of snowshoes, and cross country skis (skis, boots and poles supplied, equipment will suit up about 15 skiers) Enjoy approximately 15 km of groomed ski trails. The camp will not provide snowmobiles, hockey equipment, or fishing bait
- Indoor Games: Table tennis, foosball, pool, crokinole and various other table games are available

Pine Lodge is our main building that includes our dining hall, kitchen, offices, lounge(s) medical centre, tuck shop and washrooms,
There are nine guest rooms on the second floor with 2 washrooms and 2 shower rooms.

Cedar Lodge
Cedar Lodge is a building that houses 40 beds. There is an entrance with space for coats & shoes and a comfortable lounge with couches. There are two large washrooms with showers. The building has two entrances and can be split down the middle to accomodate seperate genders.(There are sliding pocket doors between Rooms 2 & 3 and Rooms 5 & 6 that can either be open to create a total of 4 large rooms or closed to create 6 separate rooms)

Cabins
We have 8 stand alone cabins that are fully winterized. Each cabin has its own shower, toilet and 2 sinks. All cabins have an entrance with a sitting area and a separate sleeping area. All Cabins have a deck that faces the lake.*(*Balsam Fir- has a tub style shower, no large entrance, no deck)

As always we had a great time as a Church congregation, We feel that our time at Red Rock helps us to get to know each other better. Red Rock’s hospitality is exceptional.
The things that stood out most from other camp experiences was the help from Allan Mailloux. He made sure the sound was prepared for our chapel sessions, and he was also readily available if we needed some extra help for anything. Very personable and willing servant of God. Another thing we especially enjoyed was the food the kitchen staff prepared. Well made, and always enough to feed our hungry group of youth.

Always a highlight in our ministry to be away on retreat. Red Rock has the perfect set-up for us to build small groups experiences around each cabin group.
As always, everything was fantastic. We always enjoy coming out to camp every year. Thank you all for being great and ensuring the weekend was enjoyable for us.

Discount Season: Groups of less than 40 people are encouraged to come during the discount season dates, however the camp reserves the right to book another small group at the same time.
Fees Include: Use of grounds, facilities, some sports equipment (see Retreat Contract), camp host, cook, kitchen help, and all meals (5 meals, 2 night snacks, beginning with snack on Friday night). Coffee and tea are available all day.
Fees Do Not Include: GST (added to your final bill), transportation, bedding or linen (sleeping accommodations include bunk beds and mattresses).
Cancellation Policy: The deposit is non-refundable but is transferable to another date if cancellation occurs due to inclement weather. Cancellation due to weather must be a mutual decision between the group representative and Red Rock’s Director or Camp Manager. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be given. If cancellation takes place within 90 days of your retreat date and is not due to inclement weather, your group will be charged 50% of the expected total fees based on our original booking.
Arrival Time: Friday after 6 p.m.
Departure Time: Sunday by 3 p.m.
Location: Red Rock Bible is located in the Whiteshell Provincial Park, 17km north of Rennie on Provincial Road #307 (approx 150km northeast of Winnipeg)
Booking Arrangements: Tentative bookings may be made by phone. When the camp receives a completed contract including a deposit of 25% of the total camp fees (minimum $500 and maximum $1000) the booking will be confirmed.
